1. What is the delivery process?
Within Europe bluem® sent with the parcel service of GLS, shipments are to follow through the track service of GLS & route. The bar code associated with your order, you will receive in your confirmation email. Orders are generally shipped the next working day. Within Europe, you can expect your order within 3-5 working days.

Outside Europe packages are sent with TNT express or PostNL.
2. When will I receive my order?
bluem® believes it is important that you have your order shipped to your door efficiently. Orders put in before 10:00 am on a working day (mon-fri) should arrive within the Netherlands within 1 to 2 working days to your specified address.
Our logistic partner GLS, ensures that your order is delivered quickly in Europe. Within Europe, you can expect your order to arrive within 3-5 working days.
bluem® uses TNT express or PostNL outsight Europe.
In some cases, the delivery may take longer, depending on customs of the country the package has been sent to.
3. What are costs of delivery?
Delivery Costs for Consumers
Orders are based on quantity of your purchase.
We have special rates for large order as shown below:
Netherlands: all orders over € 35,00 are free of delivery costs.
Germany: all orders over € 75,00 are free of delivery costs.
Belgium: all orders over € 75,00 are free of delivery costs.
Switzerland: all orders over € 100,00 are free of delivery costs.
Austria, Denmark, France, Great Britain, Luxembourg, Monaco: all orders over € 100,00 are free of delivery costs.
Rest of Europe: all orders over € 150,00 are free of delivery costs.
Rest of world: all orders over € 200,00 are free of delivery costs.
One delivery charge per order.

4. Incorrect/damaged deliveries
If you have received incorrect or damaged goods or if goods are missing, please send a message to bluem® customer service.
If you have received a product you did not order, leave the package sealed. An unwanted product that’s used, is considered a product that is accepted by the customer and can not be returned or exchanged.
bluem® retains ownership of goods sent by mistake.
5. Is it possible to send products to a different delivery address?
It is possible to deliver the order to a different address. You can specify the required shipment address at the checkout.
